**Here’s what you’ll find at Dotz** Big Dream People who deliver results We value our People Owner’s hunger We enjoy the journey with passion **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze Customer Data for Insights: Conduct analyses on transactional databases to extract insights that drive revenue and improve customer experience. * Measure CRM Campaign Performance: Analyze and measure the performance of CRM campaigns (push, SMS, e\-mail) by applying key metrics and statistical methods to quantify the performance uplift generated by campaigns. * Develop Executive Presentations: Create executive presentations focused on results delivery, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate on CRM Strategies: Interface with business teams to align campaigns, design and manage customer journeys and ad-hoc campaigns.
