




Job Summary: Responsible for meal assembly, distribution, and sanitation of meals and utensils, ensuring organization and compliance with health and hygiene regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Meal assembly and distribution (trays, plates, or special diets) 2. Cleaning of utensils, equipment, and cafeteria/dining area 3. Assisting in the preparation of simple items and supporting the kitchen team **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble and distribute meals (trays, plates, or special diets, as required); * Organize and restock utensils, food items, and supplies in distribution areas; * Clean utensils, equipment, and cafeteria/dining areas; * Assist in portion control during meal distribution; * Follow dietary instructions and established standards (where applicable); * Support preparation of simple items (coffee, juices, snacks, desserts); * Maintain a clean, organized environment compliant with health and hygiene regulations; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to occupational safety standards; * Provide support to the kitchen team whenever necessary. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Experience in this role or similar positions (preferred); * Good communication skills and courteous customer service; * Organized, efficient, and attentive to hygiene; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospitals, clinics, or collective catering; * Knowledge of good food handling practices.
