Be part of a company that values people and excellence **Position: Cook \| Exal – Excellence in Food Service and Facilities** **Join the Exal team!** We are looking for a committed, organized, and food-service-passionate **Junior Cook** to join our team. ### **Schedule:** **5 days on / 2 days off, with flexibility to work weekends as required by operational demand.** ### **Available Shifts:** ### **2:30 PM to 12:01 AM** ### **7:00 PM to 4:05 AM** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform meal pre-preparation and preparation; * Prepare food according to technical specifications and quality standards; * Maintain kitchen and workplace organization and hygiene; * Operate industrial kitchen equipment, such as stoves, ovens, and fryers; * Follow standardized recipes and instructions from the Nutritionist or Lead Cook; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Support other activities inherent to the role. **✅ Requirements:** * Experience in corporate kitchens; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, responsibility, and commitment; * Ability to work well in a team; * Availability to work during the stated shifts and flexibility to work weekends. **Join a company that values people, quality, and excellence!** **Grow with Exal – Excellence in Food Service and Facilities.
