




Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing high-quality, visually appealing meals; operating kitchen equipment; ensuring food hygiene; garnishing dishes; and guiding assistants, all while adhering to safety and quality standards. Guidance and supervision of team members to maintain quality standards Prepare meals while controlling portion sizes, quality, and cooking time to achieve satisfactory results in terms of flavor and presentation; Operate meal preparation equipment and utensils; Ensure food hygiene during handling by applying correct cleaning and preservation methods, as well as arranging for the cleaning of equipment, facilities, utensils, and work areas in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual; Garnish dishes according to requirements; Guide assistants during meal preparation and supervise all tasks performed to maintain quality standards; Assist in guiding the team; Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment when performing tasks; Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace and perform other related duties as required; Verify that supplied ingredients match prescribed quantities and specifications; Store food items properly to prevent contamination and spoilage; operate stoves and other appliances used for food preparation, heating, and refrigeration; Review the daily menu to check inventory needed for the following day; follow placement instructions as stipulated in the contract; Collect samples and complete forms in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual; Work in compliance with technical standards and procedures regarding quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection. **Minimum Education Level:** Elementary School (1st level)
