Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, agile professional with a multiplier mindset to perform technical inspections of parts and train teams in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Your Key Responsibilities: * **Technical inspection of parts**, adhering to strict standards. * Interpretation and application of **Work Instructions (WIs)**. * Act as a **multiplier**, delivering WI training to the team. * Ensure adherence to established **production takt times**. * Perform internal **logistical handling** using mechanical carts and hydraulic pallet jacks. Desired Profile: * Focus on **organization and commitment**. * Strong **sense of urgency** and motor/cognitive agility. * Excellent **teamwork skills**. Advantages: * Familiarity with measuring instruments (**calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators**). * **Flexible working hours** and availability to work across different company units (sites). Job Conditions: * **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent). * **Salary:** R$ 2\.600,00\. * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 110,00\. * **Transportation Allowance:** Paid in cash. Working Hours: * **Monday to Thursday:** 07:00 to 17:00\. * **Friday:** 07:00 to 16:00\.
