We currently have an opening for: **Logistics Controller** **Objective** Ensure full control over the fleet and operational efficiency of logistics processes, prioritizing asset preservation, reduction of maintenance costs, and rigorous organization of workflow. **General Description** The Logistics Controller is responsible for monitoring vehicle status through checklists, managing maintenance needs (corrective/preventive), and controlling automotive supplies. The role also involves operational intelligence for route management, staff scheduling, and leave control. **Main Responsibilities:** **Maintenance Control**\- Focus 100% on resolving pending maintenance tasks, ensuring that the preventive and corrective maintenance plan remains up to date. **Standardization of Checklists**\- Develop, implement, and audit periodic checklists to ensure fleet safety and integrity. **Supply and Quotation Management**\- Conduct quotations and purchases of specific fleet materials, focusing on cost optimization. **Performance Monitoring**\- Track consumption indicators, kilometers driven, and various incidents (accidents, traffic fines, cleaning events). **Route Intelligence\-** Plan logistics routes to maximize delivery agility and minimize fleet wear. **Schedule Management\-** Prepare work schedules and manage operational team leave, ensuring uninterrupted logistics flow. **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience with fleet and logistics control routines. * Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective automotive maintenance. * Proficiency in data control and analysis tools (Excel/Systems). **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong organizational discipline and process rigor. * Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions (proactivity). * Analytical mindset focused on cost reduction and performance. * Clear and assertive communication for schedule management. **Additional Information:** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) Life Insurance Shopping Voucher **For 40 years, delivering high-quality seafood to Brazilian tables.** **Join Brasilmar's story!** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
