Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with expertise in condominium and high-end residential construction projects, possessing extensive knowledge across multiple areas of civil construction. Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and executing services **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Job Requirements:** Prior experience is required in condominium and high-end residential construction, including expertise in: \- **Residential Electrical Systems** \- (Installation and maintenance of electrical networks, distribution panels, outlets, lighting, and compliance with safety regulations) **\- Electrical Infrastructure** \- (Preparation of conduits, raceways, and pathways for electrical installations in new construction projects. \- **Flooring and Wall Coverings** \- (Installation of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, and general wall/floor coverings, including leveling, alignment, and high-quality finishing) **\- Carpentry** \- (Doors, Windows, and Frames) \- (Installation, adjustment, and finishing of doors, windows, and frames, ensuring precise fit and full functionality) \- **Plumbing (Hot and Cold Water)** \- (Execution and maintenance of complete plumbing systems, including piping, valves, water tanks, and heating systems). **\- Sewage Systems** \- (Installation and maintenance of sewage networks, ensuring efficient drainage and proper sanitary operation. \- **Drawing Interpretation and Construction Execution** \- Reading architectural and engineering drawings and executing works—including masonry and concrete pouring—strictly according to the project specifications. **\- Stonemasonry** \- Professional installation of countertops, sinks, thresholds, and sills made of marble and granite. **\- Hydrosanitary Installations** \- Full execution of sanitary systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. **\- Painting** \- Surface preparation, application of plaster, sanding, and interior/exterior painting. We are open to negotiating employment terms: CLT (permanent employee) or PJ (individual contractor). Immediate availability is required.
