Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising and coordinating teams on sewage construction projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance with technical and safety standards. Controlling costs and optimizing resources JOIN OUR TEAM **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise work teams, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with the project plans and schedules established by Contract Management; * Monitor the execution of sewage construction works, ensuring all project phases (excavation, pipeline installation, wastewater treatment plant construction, etc.) are performed according to technical specifications; * Ensure construction quality and guarantee that all processes meet technical and legal requirements; * Monitor the construction schedule, ensuring each phase is completed within the deadline agreed upon with the Manager; * Monitor construction costs, controlling expenditures on materials, equipment, and labor, seeking to optimize resources and minimize waste; * Coordinate teams of workers and technicians, ensuring labor is appropriately distributed and tasks are executed efficiently; * Supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet contractual deadlines and quality requirements; * Train and guide teams on safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards; * Ensure timely delivery and compliance with the project specifications of materials required for sewage construction works (pipelines, fittings, construction materials, etc.); * Control the use and maintenance of equipment and machinery used on site, such as backhoes, trucks, pumps, etc.; * Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety regulations, preventing accidents and safeguarding workers’ physical integrity; * Implement safety and health awareness initiatives for workers; * Monitor service execution in accordance with the detailed engineering design and applicable technical standards (ABNT, NBR, etc.); * Inspect excavation, pipeline installation, lining, and other services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations; * Conduct tests and inspections to ensure functionality and watertightness of sewage networks; * Prepare daily construction progress reports, documenting progress, any issues encountered, and solutions implemented; * Maintain up-to-date records of all construction documentation, including designs, permits, measurements, work orders, and technical reports; * Prepare cost control reports, justifying any budgetary adjustments if they occur; * Identify and resolve technical or logistical issues arising during construction; * Mediate and resolve conflicts among teams or with suppliers and subcontractors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the role; * Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance.
