Leadership and team management skills **General Description:** Responsible for supervising, guiding, and monitoring the execution of on-site activities, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, service quality, worker safety, and appropriate use of available resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and assign tasks to the operational team (masons, laborers, carpenters, etc.); * Monitor service execution according to project plans, technical specifications, and established deadlines; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (use of PPE and procedures); * Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent waste; * Request materials and monitor deliveries in coordination with the procurement department; * Perform measurements of completed services and report construction progress; * Support the engineer or site foreman in site management; * Identify and propose solutions to technical and operational issues; * Maintain site organization and cleanliness; * Monitor attendance, productivity, and team discipline. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Proven experience in this role or in similar civil construction activities; * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety; * Leadership and team management skills.
