Job Summary: A Construction Laborer provides support across various construction phases—from foundations and masonry to finishing and maintenance—and is capable of performing basic tasks and assisting in construction projects of varying scales. Assists in small- to large-scale construction projects * Provides general on-site construction support, including foundation work, masonry, general installations, finishing, material loading/unloading, tool transportation, mortar preparation, plastering, floor and cladding installation, grouting, painting, and site cleaning and maintenance. * The construction laborer is qualified to perform basic duties such as tool and material reporting, and preparing basic reports requested by supervisors. Supports formwork assembly, shoring, and similar activities; performs manual excavation and backfilling. * Is qualified to assist in small-scale projects, renovations, or large-scale construction.
