Proficiency in interpreting and executing construction plans **CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN** **Job Requirements:** Prior experience in condominium and high-end residential construction is required, with expertise in: \- **Residential Electrical Systems** \- (Installation and maintenance of electrical networks, distribution panels, outlets, lighting, and compliance with safety standards) **\- Electrical Infrastructure** \- (Preparation of conduits, raceways, and pathways for electrical installations in new construction. \- **Flooring and Cladding** \- (Installation of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, and general cladding, including leveling, alignment, and high-quality finishing) **\- Carpentry** \- (Doors, Windows, and Frames) \- (Installation, adjustment, and finishing of doors, windows, and frames, ensuring precise fit and functionality) \- **Plumbing (Hot and Cold Water)** \- (Execution and maintenance of complete plumbing systems, including piping, valves, water tanks, and heating). **\- Sewage Systems** \- (Installation and maintenance of sewage networks, ensuring efficient drainage and proper sanitary operation. \- **Plan Interpretation and Construction** \- Reading blueprints and executing work, including masonry and concrete pouring, in accordance with the plans. **\- Stonemasonry** \- Professional installation of countertops, sinks, thresholds, and sills made of marble and granite. **\- Hydrosanitary Installations** \- Full execution of sanitary systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. **\- Painting** \- Surface preparation, application of filler, sanding, and interior/exterior painting. We are open to negotiating employment terms: CLT or PJ. Immediate availability is required.
