Manage administrative, financial, and operational activities of construction projects, controlling documentation, materials, costs, and promoting continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
* **Administrative and Document Management**
Manage all project documentation (contracts, measurements, invoices, reports);
Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital project records;
Ensure a consistent documentation base for billing;
Standardize site administrative processes.
* **Materials and Supplies Control**
Control material flow (receipt, dispatch, and consumption);
Monitor supply availability according to the schedule;
Update weekly material status on site;
Support the procurement department with demand information;
Ensure material traceability and organization.
* **Project Monitoring**
Update physical progress based on execution drawings;
Track schedules and ensure adherence to planning;
Control pre-construction and execution checklists;
Support field activities when necessary;
Ensure field information is recorded via daily site logs.
* **Cost and Billing Control**
Control physical and financial measurements;
Validate completed services for payment;
Support billing based on approved measurements;
Prevent financial discrepancies and inconsistencies.
* **Interface and Communication**
Act as a liaison among site, engineering, procurement, and finance departments;
Participate in technical and administrative alignment meetings;
Interact with suppliers and service providers;
Ensure continuous information flow across departments.
* **Reporting and KPIs**
Prepare technical and managerial reports;
Monitor productivity, physical progress, and scheduling;
Develop KPIs such as:
Labor histogram
Execution performance
Financial status
Provide data for strategic decision-making
* **Construction Logistics**
Support team mobilization and demobilization;
Organize transportation, accommodation, and site access;
Ensure logistical support for commencement and execution of activities;
Guarantee administrative availability for site operations.
* **Operational Management**
Control document flow between site, procurement, and finance;
Ensure process standardization;
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks;
Support efficient field activity execution.
* **Continuous Improvement**
Seek process and tool optimization;
Develop instructional materials and best practices;
Participate in training and technical updates.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Civil Engineering or related fields.
Proven experience as an analyst – 1 year.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is preferred).
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
