We are looking for a **Senior Buyer**, committed, organized, and highly skilled in negotiation—to strengthen internal demand management and ensure efficient, high-quality procurement. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Internal requisition analysis:** Validate needs, prioritize demands, and serve internal customers while aligning on deadlines and expectations. * **Supplier research and development:** Identify new options, conduct supplier qualification, and monitor market conditions and trends. * **Quotations and negotiations:** Lead RFPs/RFQs, compare proposals, and negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and contracts to secure optimal terms and cost savings. * **Procurement execution:** Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, ensure receipt compliance, and resolve discrepancies. * **Analysis and continuous improvement:** Prepare reports, KPIs, and evaluation tools, proposing process optimizations and cost reductions. * **Administrative routines:** Organize documentation, manage communications, and prepare supporting materials and presentations. **Interested?! Let’s move forward—here’s what we expect from you:** * Prior experience as a **Buyer**, preferably focused on indirect categories; * Contract Management: Ability to analyze, draft, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with clauses, deadlines, and legal requirements; * Analytical and Mathematical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, forecast trends, calculate discounts and ratios, and manage budgets effectively; * Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing: Understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies to identify optimal supply strategies for various indirect expense categories. * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel proficiency is essential—including macros and dynamic spreadsheets; * Willingness to travel and visit stores; * SAP knowledge. **What We Offer:** Freedom to be yourself: We value every individual story.
