If you enjoy interacting with people, generating opportunities, and possess creativity to contribute content and promotional materials, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **active customer prospecting** (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and social media); * Identify and qualify commercial opportunities; * Update and organize information in the system; * Produce marketing content (social media posts, e-mails, institutional materials, and commercial promotions); * Assist in promoting products, services, and campaigns; * Prepare basic prospecting and results reports; * Directly support strategies for growing the customer portfolio. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred, currently studying or graduated); * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, social media, e-mail, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); * Organization, proactivity, and goal/results orientation; * Persuasive profile with growth mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in commercial roles; * Experience in active prospecting (Hunter); * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation. **What We Expect from This Professional:** Someone with commercial energy who enjoys acquiring new customers, building relationships, and actively contributing to company growth.
