The COMMERCIAL ANALYST position for Asset and Scrap Management is a great opportunity for professional growth and development, if you are ready to take on new challenges and grow with us. **Responsibilities and duties** * Control, monitoring and/or identification of discontinued or unused assets (machines, tractors, vehicles, etc.); * Assessment of the condition and preservation state of assets; * Development of sales strategies for assets and scrap (auctions or other means); * Monitoring logistics for shipping assets to auctions or other destinations; * Direct interface with requesting departments (such as production, operations, etc.) to obtain information about assets and scrap; * Organization and monitoring of inventory for unused assets, in collaboration with responsible departments; * Interaction with auction companies, scrap buyers and other stakeholders to maximize asset sale value; * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory processes and internal company policies regarding the sale of scrap and assets; * Work together with warehouse, accounting and requesting departments to ensure that materials, parts or unused assets are properly classified and prepared for sale or disposal; * Preparation of periodic reports and KPIs regarding the status of assets, scrap, waste, and costs and revenues generated from sales; * Preparation of periodic reports and KPIs; * Negotiate, monitor performance and prospect new customers; * Creation and tracking of sales orders. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management or related fields; * Previous experience in asset and waste management, auctions or selling heavy equipment, light vehicles or scrap (processes related to vehicle documentation and regularization); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with ERP systems and asset management tools; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH B); * Reside in Presidente Prudente or have availability to relocate. **Additional information** Taking care of those who are with us is part of our way of being.
