Focus on hygiene and food safety **Requirements:** Completed high school education / Experience with cold rooms or storage of perishable products. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining cold rooms, ensuring appropriate temperature and humidity conditions for product preservation. Performs receiving, storage, handling, and organization of goods in refrigerated environments, controlling expiration dates, entry and exit records, and item integrity. Conducts inventory control, cleaning and organization of the cold room, and strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations.
