Job Summary: A cleaning professional responsible for maintaining hygiene and organization in both indoor and outdoor environments, operating equipment and ensuring the preservation of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Performs cleaning and sanitization of various areas 2. Operates cleaning machines and equipment 3. Ensures the maintenance and preservation of machines and materials The professional will perform cleaning of indoor areas (administrative offices, restrooms, floors, corridors, walls, and fixed stairs) and outdoor areas (courtyards, corridors, and parking lots) through sweeping, collection of common waste, washing, and sanitization. Restock supplies in designated areas. Replace hygiene supplies as needed. Maintain routine hygiene and cleaning procedures. Operate cleaning machines and equipment (floor scrubber and high-pressure washer) when required. Ensure the maintenance and preservation of machines and materials. Use ready-to-use cleaning products (disinfectants) during task execution, as well as personal protective equipment to prevent occupational hazards and accidents. Maintain organization and cleanliness of used materials and keep the workplace organized, while providing support to their immediate supervisor.
