Job Summary: Intern to assist in on-site construction supervision and inspection, project analysis, technical report preparation, and support in team and material management. Key Highlights: 1. On-site construction supervision and inspection. 2. Preparation of technical reports and project analysis. 3. Assistance in managing schedules, budgets, and teams. Required Knowledge: Project reading; Report writing; Excel; Basic knowledge of construction materials * Internship Responsibilities: * Monitor and visit construction sites to observe work execution, schedule compliance, and service quality. * Measurements: Conduct on-site supervision to verify work progress, quantity completed, and assist in payment control. * Document analysis and preparation: Review project documents, prepare technical reports, and assist with administrative and control documentation. * Management and logistics: Assist in managing schedules, budgets, teams, and suppliers, as well as support procurement of materials. * Inspection and quality assurance: Verify that works are executed in accordance with technical standards and expected quality.
