About the Position We are seeking a Business Partner to strengthen our team and support our leaders in building an environment increasingly aligned with our organizational culture. Responsibilities: * Conduct competency-based performance evaluations; * Carry out internal surveys and monitor action plans; * Manage monthly People area indicators; * Participate in monthly meetings with leadership; * Support leaders in decision-making; * Promote and disseminate organizational culture; * Execute tasks inherent to the area.
