Proactive, organized profile with strong field communication A construction company specializing in high-end residential projects seeks a Building Technician to work 100% on construction sites. The professional will serve as the right-hand person for field operations, with autonomy over day-to-day decisions and direct accountability for site supervision, organization, and construction control. If you are the type of professional who treats the construction site as if it were your own, this position is for you. **Your Responsibilities** * Supervise execution of work by in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design documents and quality standards * Support on-site reading and interpretation of drawings, masonry layout marking, and template verification * Record and verify subcontractor progress measurements * Quantify materials, schedule material orders, and manage on-site inventory * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all teams * Complete and maintain the Daily Construction Log updated daily * Produce photographic reports documenting construction progress * Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and logistics **What We Expect From You** * Completed technical education in Building Construction * Prior on-site construction experience * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory) * Proficiency in Excel for tracking and measurement tasks * Ability to concurrently manage at least two construction projects **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Proactive with a sense of urgency — takes initiative without waiting for instructions * Organized and detail-oriented * Strong communication skills with site supervisors, masons, and subcontractors * Capable of working independently when required, while maintaining alignment with leadership * Owner’s mindset **Additional Information** * 100% on-site work at construction sites (Fortaleza/Eusébio region) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
