Collaboration with various departments. **Job Mission:** Analyze construction inputs, materials, and labor to calculate costs and prepare budgets for Novolar’s construction projects, using appropriate software and spreadsheets to ensure greater accuracy and reliability in delivering project budgets. **Responsibilities:** Conduct quantities surveying for budget preparation using AutoCAD, printed drawings, and spreadsheets to obtain required material, service, and labor quantities for Novolar’s projects. Prepare the budget workbook, compiling all information generated by the department. Quote construction inputs considering the project’s location, and provide necessary information to the Procurement, Technical Management, and Construction departments, ensuring data reliability as the basis for decision-making and budget execution. Develop finish specification plans for budgeting purposes, subject to validation by Management. **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering **Location:** Belvedere. **Work Mode:** On-site
