Feasibility analysis and monitoring of contractual profitability **Job Description****:****Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets for public and private transportation contracts, with and without labor; * Conduct operational cost assessments (vehicles, fuel, maintenance, drivers, payroll burdens, benefits, etc.); * Lead vehicle quotation and procurement processes; * Negotiate with dealerships, leasing companies, suppliers, and service providers; * Analyze the economic\-financial feasibility of tendered contracts; * Review tender documents, terms of reference, and cost spreadsheets; * Support the commercial and legal departments in proposals; * Develop scenario simulations, margin analyses, and price adjustment calculations; * Monitor cost indicators and contractual profitability; * Track contractual price adjustments and official indices; * Participate in electronic auctions and public tenders. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience in budgeting within the transportation or fleet sector; * Experience in vehicle procurement and supplier management; * Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14\.133/21\); * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level); * Strong negotiation skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Clear and professional communication; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Results-oriented. **Location** Ribeirão Preto, SP, BR
