This Branch Coordination opportunity is for you if you like leading teams and driving end-to-end operations. You will be the primary point of reference for the unit, ensuring excellence within the maintenance and administrative teams, while also serving as a strategic liaison with the Head Office. Your role is to ensure everything runs efficiently, with quality and a focus on results. * Coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring productivity and quality. * Lead the branch's administrative team, organizing routines and priorities. * Support technicians in releasing funds. * Maintain daily interface with the Head Office finance department. * Monitor unit KPIs and propose improvements. * Organize internal branch processes and workflows. * Ensure alignment of the branch with company policies and guidelines. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Unit, Branch, or Operations Coordinator. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (maintenance and administrative). * Ability to work with KPIs, targets, and basic financial control. * Strong communication skills—clear and objective—with teams and Head Office. * Practical leadership style, hands-on approach, and results orientation. * Systemic vision to understand how decisions impact overall operations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in technical services, maintenance, or facilities management companies. * Track record of implementing or improving processes in operational units. * Familiarity with control tools (ERP, advanced spreadsheets, dashboards).
