




Job Summary: A boilermaker professional with experience in assembly, visual inspection, maintenance, and use of various tools. Key Highlights: 1. Performing assembly, filing, drilling, and grinding of parts 2. Conducting weld tacking and visual inspections 3. Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness · Study the assembly set, analyzing drawings, models, specifications, and other instructions; · Examine parts, verifying their condition and dimensions using measuring instruments; · Perform filing, drilling, and grinding of parts; · Mark, assemble, roll, and straighten part segments; · Position, align, and fit parts, preparing them perfectly for assembly; · Perform weld tacking; · Apply necessary finishing to assembled parts or the entire unit; · Conduct external maintenance when requested; · Perform visual inspections on components fabricated from metal sheets; · Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; · Complete the Service Sheet according to internal procedures. **Equipment/Tools/Machines required proficiency in:** Tape measure, ruler, protractor, tape measure, center punch, level, plumb bob, files, sanders, angle grinder, drill, bench grinder, and other necessary tools.
