Job Summary: Boilermaker Assistant to support activities related to the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures and industrial equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Material preparation and tool organization **Responsibilities:** Boilermaker Assistant to support manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance activities for metal structures, piping systems, and industrial equipment. **Main Activities:** * Assist in cutting, grinding, drilling, and finishing of metal parts; * Support assembly and adjustment of metal assemblies according to technical drawings; * Prepare materials and organize tools for service execution; * Assist welders, assemblers, and boilermakers in workshop activities; * Perform material handling and sorting; * Carry out cleaning and organization of the work area; * Support visual inspection and dimensional verification of manufactured parts; * Follow safety, quality, and productivity procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in boilermaking, industrial assembly, or metallurgy is desirable; * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; * Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus; * Commitment, organization, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Metrology training; * Training in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience in industrial assembly; * Even theoretical knowledge of welding and basic fitting. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance: R$ 270.00 \- Ifood Benefits Card * Meal Allowance: R$ 374.00 \- Ifood Benefits Card * Gym Membership \- (upon proof of enrollment) \- R$60.00 \- Ifood Benefits * Unimed Essential Health Plan: Effective after 3 months \- Co-payment for consultations and exams.
