




Job Summary: The Boilermaker Assembler will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment, interpreting technical drawings and performing cutting, shaping, bending, and welding operations, all in compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance The Boilermaker Assembler will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment, such as CHASSIS, AXLES, and FRAMES; must interpret technical drawings and perform cutting, shaping, bending, and welding on sheets and bars of various metals, always adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Manufacturing and assembly: Produce metal parts and structures from engineering plans and technical drawings, using hand tools and semi\-automatic machines. * Metal forming: Cut, bend, roll, and shape carbon steel sheets. * Welding: Perform welding using various processes, ensuring equipment integrity and safety. * Repairs and maintenance: Carry out maintenance and repair of existing equipment and piping systems, replacing damaged components and cleaning parts. * Quality control: Ensure work complies with technical standards, quality specifications, and safety requirements. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Boilermaker Assembler. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Proficiency in cutting, bending, rolling, and welding processes. * Basic understanding of occupational safety and environmental regulations.
