Job Summary: Operates blasting equipment, prepares surfaces, ensures cleanliness and quality of parts, complies with safety regulations, and maintains an organized work environment. Commitment to quality and safety. **Responsibilities** * Check blasting equipment conditions and compressor oil level; * Adjust abrasive pressure and prepare parts for blasting; * Activate abrasive blasting to ensure part cleanliness; * Retouch finish with waste cloth and apply products per specifications; * Empty bag filter when necessary; * Monitor part quality; * Perform additional cleaning using sanders, scrapers, or scraping as needed; * Spray parts; * Follow safety regulations and report equipment maintenance needs; * Keep the workplace clean, organized, and maintain tools. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Blasting Operator or in similar roles; * Knowledge of blasting equipment and surface preparation; * Commitment to quality and safety.
