Opportunity for professionals with billing experience We are looking for a Billing Analyst to handle routines related to the issuance, verification, and control of tax documents, ensuring correct application of current legislation and compliance with established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** • Issue sales, shipment, transfer, return, and service invoices in accordance with approved orders and applicable legislation; • Verify tax and commercial data (CFOP, CST, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS tax rates, carrier, weight, value, etc.); • Validate sales orders prior to billing, checking credit limits, deadlines, and commercial terms; • Monitor cancellations, corrections, and tax contingencies, ensuring regularization per applicable legislation; • Reconcile billing receivables with bank records. **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred; • Proven experience in this role; • Knowledge of NF-e issuance and tax/tributary legislation; • Proficiency in Excel and the Protheus system.
