




You will work at a Medical Technology company located in Itajaí - SC. Responsibilities: . Support administrative and operational office routines, ensuring the smooth progress of internal processes; . Conduct freight and transportation quotations, monitoring delivery deadlines and costs; . Provide support in bidding, tender, and foreign trade processes, assisting in document organization and proposal submissions; . Control and organize physical and digital files, invoices, and documents from carriers and suppliers; . Provide logistical support for material deliveries and collections with partners and service providers; . Communicate with suppliers, customers, and public agencies, ensuring prompt and high-quality service; . Monitor maintenance requests, services, and office demands; . Assist the finance department in simple tasks such as invoice and bill tracking; . Contribute to the organization and efficiency of general administrative routines. Requirements: . Technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, Economics, Marketing, or International Trade (completed or in progress); . Knowledge of administrative routines, document control, and logistics; . Experience in bidding and foreign trade (Comex) is desirable; . Proficiency in Excel and office tools; . Basic knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
