Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation and Service of Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as cocktails, beers, coffees, and soft drinks. \- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their preferences, offer suggestions, and create a pleasant and memorable experience. \- Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock of beverages and supplies, ensuring the bar always has the necessary items for daily operations. \- Organization and Cleaning: Keep the counter, utensils, and entire workspace clean and organized to ensure safety and hygiene. Other Important Responsibilities: \- Compliance with Laws: Ensure that laws and regulations regarding the consumption and sale of alcoholic beverages are followed, such as verifying customers' legal age. \- Innovation and Creativity: Develop new cocktail recipes, adapting traditional combinations to offer a unique experience. \- Technical Skills: Master drink preparation techniques and have knowledge about different types of spirits and other beverages. \- Mise en Place: Prepare and organize all necessary ingredients before starting beverage production. \- Cost Management: Control costs in production processes and properly dispose of waste.
