If you identify with this opportunity, please submit your resume for the BAKERY ASSISTANT selection process and seize the great chance to help create caring environments and contribute to well-being in our Country.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, toppings, syrups, creams, and other bakery items. * Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients according to technical sheets and recipes. * Support the assembly, decoration, and finishing of cakes, pies, sweets, desserts, and other products. * Perform ingredient pre-preparation to ensure efficiency in the production process. * Operate bakery tools and equipment safely and appropriately. * Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace throughout production. * Perform hygiene procedures for tools, equipment, and workbenches as per established protocols. * Assist in monitoring expiration dates, storage, and preservation of supplies. * Support raw material inventory organization and report replenishment needs. * Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and occupational safety standards. * Contribute to achieving production targets and company quality standards. * Ensure proper equipment usage and minimize waste. **Desirable Qualifications** * Completed Elementary Education (High School diploma is a plus). * Prior experience in bakery, pastry shop, kitchen, or food production is desirable. * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices. * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Information** * Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; after every 4 Sundays worked, the 5th Sunday is your day off. **Benefits** Transportation Allowance and Shuttle Service On-site meals: breakfast, lunch (as per work schedule) Food Basket or Meal Voucher Life Insurance Dental Plan (with employee contribution) Wellness and Mental Health Program Discount on park merchandise Annual Pass for up to 4 guests Minimum Educational Requirement: Elementary Education (1st level) Desired Education:* Elementary Education (1st level)
