Sort and organize ingredients for production. Package and label bakery products. Restock merchandise on display cases and counters. Monitor product expiration dates and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department. Sanitize utensils and equipment. Assist in customer service. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Food Production Operator, Kitchen Assistant, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
