Responsibilities and Duties
* Prepare dough for bread, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products;
* Shape and form dough according to recipes and established standards;
* Operate and maintain bakery equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dividers;
* Ensure product quality by monitoring baking time and temperature;
* Develop new recipes and adapt existing ones as needed;
* Keep the workplace clean and organized, following hygiene and food safety standards;
* Collaborate with the production team to meet daily demands;
* Fulfill customer orders and prepare special products upon request.
