We are looking for someone to assist with routine shipping and logistics processes, product registration in Bling ERP, issuance of invoices and shipping labels, and customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Bling ERP is highly desirable. ATTENTION: This position is for a formal employment contract (CLT) with a reduced work schedule—PART-TIME, either morning or afternoon shift, to be agreed upon. High school diploma required; Job type: Full-time CLT Main responsibilities * Customer service via marketplaces, WhatsApp, and email * Order tracking, deadline monitoring, and issue resolution * Invoice generation, printing, and verification * Product listing and updates on marketplaces * Support in order, exchange, and return management * Document organization and administrative routine management Requirements * High school diploma * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, or Google Sheets) * Ability to work efficiently with online systems and platforms Advantages (not mandatory) * Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, etc.) * Knowledge of invoice issuance via ERP (Bling) * Experience in customer service * Basic understanding of order and logistics management Work schedule * **Monday to Friday** * **5 hours per day** (schedule to be agreed upon).
