Job Description * Management of concurrent audit service projects; * Project management using the Group’s proprietary system; * Strong communication with stakeholders: contract administration, commercial team, clients, manufacturing plants, independent auditors, and others; * Quotation negotiation for third-party subcontracting; * Inputting data into the Group’s audit management system; * Resolution of problems and conflicts inherent to the audit delivery process; * Management of customer and supplier relationships and communications regarding project status; * Audit budget management, respecting allocated budgets and making decisions on project financial structure; * Ability to influence stakeholders. Requirements * Proactive attitude in performance; * Ability to operate with greater agility; * Problem-solving skills; * Knowledge of the company, business, and customers is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Understanding of customer service concepts; * Advanced negotiation knowledge; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. (Preferably in Administration, Logistics, or related fields).
