Available positions: * Counter Attendant * Dining Room Attendant Job Mission: Ensure fast, courteous, and helpful counter service while presenting our products with a smile and maintaining organization. **Your Responsibilities as Counter Attendant:** * Greet and serve customers promptly and warmly. * Serve bread, pastries, savory snacks, and related items. * Restock and organize counter display cases. * Keep the service area clean and hygienic. * Register orders and support the iFood department. **Your Responsibilities as Dining Room Attendant (Waiter/Waitress):** * Greet customers cordially upon arrival in the dining room. * Present the menu and recommend items (coffee, sandwiches, desserts). * Record table orders clearly and accurately. * Enter orders correctly into the bakery’s system. * Serve food and beverages efficiently, carefully, and attentively. * Check customer satisfaction during their meal at the table. * Clean, organize, and sanitize tables and chairs. * Set up and replenish salt and pepper shakers, napkins, and sugar dispensers in the dining room. * Remove dirty plates, glasses, and cutlery after customers depart. What We’re Looking For: * **Friendliness:** Enjoying interaction with people and the general public. * **Efficiency:** Ability to work effectively during peak hours. * **Commitment:** Punctuality and strong team spirit. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with the **Datamaxi** system and experience operating the **iFood** platform. Prior experience in bakeries or snack bars is also valued. Work Schedule: * **Rotation:** 6 days on / 1 day off per week (including one Sunday per month). * **Available Shifts:** Morning or Afternoon (hours to be arranged).
