




Job Summary: Assist in logistics operations, issuance of transportation documents, cargo control, and customer and driver support. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and control of documents and cargo OPERATIONAL LOGISTICS ASSISTANT **Work Location: FAST TIME Head Office in Cajamar (Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)** **Immediate Start** Main Responsibilities * Issuance of CIOT, CT-e, MDF, toll vouchers, and other transportation documents * Control, verification, and organization of waybills and cargo * Data entry and updating information in internal systems * Customer, carrier, and driver support (via phone, WhatsApp, or email) including answering inquiries * Monitoring pickups, deliveries, and cargo status * Operational support to the logistics and dispatch department * Driver support (guidance on documentation, routes, and procedures) * Organization of physical and digital documents * Communication with internal departments to align deadlines and requirements * Administrative support related to logistics operations Requirements * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility * Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Preferred Qualifications * Experience issuing transportation documents * Background working in logistics or transportation companies * Familiarity with the SIMP system * Experience in risk management * Experience in cargo tracking and monitoring * Higher education degree * Advanced Excel skills Job Information * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Working Hours: To be determined * Salary: Market-competitive * Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Allowance (VR), Health Insurance, Gympass Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
