Responsibilities: 1\. Receive and verify information sent by drivers; 2\. Monitor loading, deliveries, and operational incidents; 3\. Contact customers and provide delivery status updates; 4\. Update internal systems and controls with trip information; 5\. Create and maintain operational control spreadsheets and KPIs; 6\. Develop and update management reports in Excel and Power BI; 7\. Support the operations team in monitoring logistics demands; 8\. Manage deadlines, proof of delivery documents, and operational documentation; Requirements: 9\. Experience with operational routines in freight or logistics companies; 10\. Knowledge of driver and customer service; 11\. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; 12\.
