




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to handle product registration and tracking, customer service, and general administrative support for e-commerce. General administrative support to the e-commerce team Requirements: * Completed high school education (college enrollment is a plus) * Basic computer skills (Excel and systems) * Organization and attention to detail * Strong written communication skills * Proactivity and agility Responsibilities: * Product registration and updating on the website and marketplaces * Order and shipping deadline tracking * Customer service via WhatsApp, e\-mail, and platforms * Inventory control and logistics department support * General administrative support to the e\-commerce team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, etc.) * Experience issuing electronic invoices (NF\-e) * Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control Profile: We seek an organized, responsible individual eager to learn.
