The professional will assist with e\-commerce operational activities, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via chat, e\-mail, and social media. * Support during the online sales process: answering product-related questions, * Order tracking and sending information to customers. * Coordination with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with WhatsApp platform. * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields is a plus).
