This professional will work closely with analysts and coordinators in the area to ensure the registration and documentary compliance of service providers, aligned with legal, security, and operational requirements. The assistant will be responsible for executing operational routines related to document analysis, verification, and validation — such as driver’s licenses (CNH), vehicle documents (CRLV), National Registry of Road Freight Transporters (RNTRC), insurance policies, and other mandatory requirements for registration approval. Additionally, the assistant will handle registration and updating of information in internal systems (TMS, insurers, and management platforms), ensuring data consistency and integrity, as well as correct classification of carriers according to current business rules. The role also includes tracking documentation-related pending items with drivers and transport companies, performing follow-ups to resolve documentation issues, supporting operational indicator monitoring for the area, and meeting established deadlines for carrier approval. This position demands high attention to detail, organizational skills to manage large volumes of information, discipline in executing standardized procedures (WIs and SOPs), and critical thinking to identify inconsistencies or risks in the process. Register and update TACs and ETCs in internal systems and insurer platforms, ensuring correct parameterization of information. Monitor and resolve documentation-related pending items, conducting follow-ups with drivers and transport companies to meet defined deadlines. Execute approval process steps per operational instructions (WIs) and standardized procedures (SOPs). Support the organization and maintenance of registration databases, ensuring data consistency and traceability. Flag inconsistencies, discrepancies, or risks identified during analysis and registration processes. Ensure registrations are complete and operationally ready, meeting legal and security requirements.
