Source partners through digital platforms, referrals, and WhatsApp contacts. Explore platforms to search for affiliated drivers. Develop and maintain a team of affiliated drivers with emphasis on retaining them. Perform driver onboarding and offboarding processes according to internal procedures. Conduct risk management system queries and other verifications as per internal procedures. Analyze affiliated driver turnover and collaborate with the transport team to implement solutions. Conduct onboarding for new affiliated drivers and reorientation when necessary. Register affiliated drivers in the internal system. Keep drivers’ profiles updated in the risk management platform, including personal documents and vehicle documentation, and perform corresponding updates in the internal system. Conduct driver satisfaction surveys and evaluations as per internal procedures. Manage and submit third-party freight deductions for affiliated drivers. Control and request vehicle checklists for affiliated drivers via the specialized cargo tracking company. Previous experience as Logistics Assistant, Transport Coordinator, Transport Analyst, or Transport Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
