Job Summary: The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department, focusing on Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Endomarketing, and People Management. Key Highlights: 1. What We Expect From You: You will be responsible for supporting HR department activities, with a focus on: Supporting the execution of Recruitment and Selection processes across various levels and departments (operational and administrative); Supporting the planning and implementation of Training and Development initiatives, particularly those targeting operational and administrative teams; Assisting in the implementation of Endomarketing initiatives, contributing to organizational climate and employee engagement; Supporting general People Management routines and departmental development projects. You will work closely with teams such as: Drivers Maintenance Security Administration Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior HR experience, with emphasis on R\&S and support to T\&D; Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with operational staff; Proactivity, organization, and willingness to learn and grow.
