Your responsibilities will include: * Daily monitoring of pickups and returns, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Providing direct customer service, offering support, and releasing invoices in accordance with internal policies. * Monitoring and recording incidents related to damages, overages, shortages, and misdeliveries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. * Operating the SSW system for logistics management, updating information, and generating operational reports.
