Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing production plans, controlling inventory, monitoring production sequencing, and generating reports to support operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Development of short-, medium-, and long-term production plans 2. Inventory control and monitoring of raw materials and finished products 3. Generation and analysis of productivity and efficiency reports Responsibilities: * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term production plans based on orders and demand forecasts; * Issue production orders and monitor their progress; * Control inventory of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods; * Perform production line balancing considering capacity and deadlines; * Monitor and adjust production sequencing as needed; * Update systems with production status and movements; * Support the procurement department with material requirements information; * Collaborate with production to ensure on-time delivery and resolve bottlenecks; * Generate and analyze productivity, efficiency, and utilization reports; * Suggest improvements to processes, workflows, and production layout; * Coordinate with sales and logistics departments to align delivery timelines; * Assist in receiving material verification and internal order picking; * Help organize and clean the warehouse; * Complete labels, simple movements, and checklists; * Assist in physical inventory counts and verifications; * Record system entries and exits under supervision; * Respond to internal requests with guidance. Description: Schedule: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Salary commensurate with the position + On-site meal allowance + Multi-benefit card R$ 500.00 (attendance-based) + Food basket (attendance-based) + Pharmacy discount program + Parking + Medical assistance (after probationary period).
