




**Position:** Logistics Assistant **Responsibilities:** * Customer relationship and support. * Order acceptance, creation, and tracking in the system. * Monitoring of vehicles, trips, and delivery status. * Monitoring and follow-up of orders with customers. * Internal communication with internal control towers and external customer control towers. * Issuance of CT-e, verification of fiscal and operational documents. * Entry, verification, and control of operational data in the system (TMS/ERP). * Support in operational data analysis and KPI monitoring. * Registration and handling of incidents, damages, and delays. * Support in cargo scheduling and route planning. * Interface with carriers, drivers, and logistics partners. * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents. * Availability and flexibility to meet operational demands. **Requirements:** * Preference for experience in the logistics field. * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
