Description

\- Minimum education level: undergraduate degree; strong oral and written communication skills, proactivity, responsibility, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and internet browsers, good interpersonal skills, dynamism, organization, and confidence. \- Responsibilities: provide support and ensure reception, verification, acceptance, loading, unloading, and delivery of less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo at the service counter in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures; perform administrative, cashier, billing, accounts payable and receivable, and collections duties. Activities are carried out using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word...), proprietary management systems, email, applications, and apps. Must read, understand, and follow company procedure manuals. \- Provide support to the team and management in performing administrative tasks related to internal pending items, loss prevention, customer service, and audits. \- Serve customers in person, by telephone, and via email; \- Prepare freight quotations, issue waybills, verify shipping documents, and track freight shipments; \- Handle scheduling, organizing, and controlling cargo pickups, deliveries, and warehousing; \- Perform administrative, cashier, billing, accounts payable and receivable, and collections duties. \- Prepare reports and spreadsheets. \- The company provides training.
