Process inbound invoices. Verify taxes on invoices. Issue transfer invoices and customer billing invoices. Register shipments via the system. Verify generated invoices and their related loading information. Generate and provide toll voucher tickets to drivers. Receive the completed “Pallet Guide” from forklift operators. Manage PBR pallet inventory. Manage inventory of semi-finished rolls, bags, and garbage bags. Process invoices from industrial partners and/or suppliers. Schedule deliveries with customers. Access the system and authorize freight entries when necessary. Conduct full inventory counts sporadically and as needed. Request order release for blocked orders from Finance and Commercial departments. Issue transfer and inbound invoices between establishments. Perform billing. Process return invoices. Forward roll requisitions received from industries to forklift operators. Monitor customer portfolio for cargo routing. Consolidate and route cargoes according to orders x regions. Perform pre-shipment registration in the system for operational teams to pick orders. Attend daily logistics meetings. Contact transportation companies to request vehicles. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma or technical degree in Logistics. Experience with SAP or similar systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
