




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, cargo tracking, requesting and executing pickups and deliveries, and supporting shipping documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in issuing shipping documentation Working Hours: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. — Monday to Friday Responsible for attending to customers, tracking cargo, receiving pickup requests from customers or service providers, submitting pickup requests, performing dedicated pickups and cargo deliveries, and ensuring timely customer service. Responsible for requesting pickup and delivery information from the operations department and transportation agents; for tracking cargo, informing customers about their cargo status, providing pickup and destination receipt information, and daily monitoring of the spreadsheet listing cargoes shipped the previous day. Responsible for supporting the issuance of shipping documentation.
