Logistics Assistant

Description

**Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:48 PM, plus 4 hours remote on Saturday (40 hours per week)** We are seeking a Junior Logistics Assistant for our operations center. You will be responsible for supporting transportation management, monitoring fleets, and ensuring efficient communication among drivers, clients, and our internal team. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles in real time via tracking systems to ensure route compliance and immediately identify deviations throughout operational hours. * Create and link Service Requests (SM) to risk management, documenting incidents and generating preventive alerts whenever anomalies are detected in operations. * Handle incidents (damages, losses, accidents) with full-time communication to clients via portals and e-mails to maintain transparency and minimize operational impact immediately upon identification. * Control and update operational reports using Excel and internal systems to provide accurate data supporting decision-making, daily and at the end of each shift. * Act as a communication bridge between clients, drivers, and the internal team, relaying delivery status information and resolving pending issues throughout working hours, especially during critical situations. * Provide operational support to drivers, advising on routes, deadlines, and procedures to ensure swift resolution of obstacles during trips, whenever necessary. * Monitor logistics performance indicators, analyzing productivity and quality metrics to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, weekly.
